Brakel Atmos realises leading-edge projects and is not afraid of innovation and challenges. Needless to say, we can only do this if our employees maintain their high standards of professionalism. We therefore feel that education and training are extremely important. As a result we offer internal and external training. In our everyday practice and in the performance evaluation meetings with our employees we are alert as to what specific training the employee may need. Needless to say, we feel it goes without saying that everyone is aware of the available training and expresses his or her ambitions.
General training Together with CRH we offer a broad range of general training, among other areas in management, personal skills and administration.
Professional training Our employees have to keep their professional skills and knowledge up-to-date. This is essential to our corporate standard. We do not leave the transfer of professional knowledge to chance. The employees in the knowledge centre and the specialists in the various divisions provide professional training, where necessary in conjunction with educational authorities. This way we ensure that existing training is optimally tailored to our practice.
Brakel Atmos trainers We do not keep our accumulated knowledge to ourselves. Through training sessions and study days our specialists transfer their knowledge to, among others, prevention specialists in Fire Brigades, building managers, architects and insurance companies. They also act as host lecturers in educational institutes.
