What we have to offer

As a specialist in the area of complete concepts for a pleasant and (fire) safe living environment we are an important player in the market – a player who brings the best elements from nature indoors when it comes to light, air and safety. Within Brakel Atmos we operate on the basis of independent and strong divisions, each with its own specialisation – divisions that have both broad and in-depth knowledge and unique experience in their area of expertise. Together our specialists realise optimum and integral solutions for comfortable and safe living, working and relaxing in buildings. What do we have to offer?
Needless to say, we offer excellent remuneration and terms of employment. These terms are documented in a personnel guide. The content of the guide is verified against and coordinated with changing legislation and regulations on an annual basis.

Everyone who starts work with us also goes through an introduction and initiation programme.

The introduction consists of:

  • meeting your colleagues and the management
  • a tour of the various divisions and the production company
  • an explanation of the structure of our organisation
  • receiving and organising tools and aids
  • an explanation of the safety regulations
  • a general explanation of the ‘household rules’
  • reading of documentation
  • an explanation of our products and systems
  • an explanation of the KAM system (processes/procedures/function descriptions/emergency plan etc.)
  • an explanation of the computer systems
  • an explanation of who our customers are

The initiation plan is tailor-made to the individual and consists of:

  • a further introduction to the products
  • intensive collaboration with a colleague in the new workplace
  • observing and hands-on experience in the different departments involved in the process
  • after a number of weeks an evaluation will be organised together with the team leader, at which time the way in which the new employee can give shape to his work, the employee’s experiences during the introduction period and the education and training needed for the employee’s successful functioning are discussed.
  • at least once a year the team leader will have an individual performance evaluation meeting with the employee. This is a meeting based on equality of minds. During this meeting both the past and future functioning of the employee is discussed, with the objective of coming to agreements about the employee’s optimum performance in the future.

Our employees don’t just work together closely, they also relax together. Our personnel association organises regular activities for the employees and ensures the proper attention at special events in the employee’s life.
